Position: Landscape Laborer

We are currently hiring dependable team members for the role of Landscape Laborer. Responsibilities include:

  • Mulch installation and bed refreshing

  • Property clean-ups (leaf & stick removal)

  • Bed edging and detailed finish work

  • Lawn mowing, trimming, and general property maintenance

  • Equipment operation

  • Driveway and sidewalk snow clearing

  • Salting and de-icing services

  • Early morning and storm-response snow work

  • Physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions

This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable handling equipment

  • Ability to lift 80 lbs repeatedly

  • Ability to bend, kneel, and get up and down from the ground frequently

  • Ability to work long hours outdoors in hot summer conditions and cold winter weather

  • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments

  • Positive attitude

  • Team player mindset

  • Landscaping or equipment experience preferred (not required for entry-level roles)
