To ensure accuracy, we use satellite software to measure the mowing area, so your quote reflects your property’s actual size.
Included in each visit is mowing, string trimming, and blowing off sidewalks, driveways, porches, and patios, leaving your lawn neat and professionally maintained. In certain situations, a $20 fee may apply for pet waste not removed before service. This keeps your yard and our team members clean and healthy, allowing us to provide the best service possible.
If grass height exceeds 8 inches due to weather conditions or extended growth, additional charges may apply. Taller or overgrown grass requires slower mowing speeds, multiple passes, and increased equipment wear. In these cases, service may be billed at an hourly rate for mowing and/or cleanup, and we will communicate any added costs before proceeding whenever possible.
We only charge your card after the service is completed, and all receipts are available through your client portal or can be sent via email or printed on request. This way, you can see exactly what was done before payment is processed, giving you full transparency and peace of mind.
